De Dietrich double oven

Mod No DMP402EU ,
strange one this when the customer uses the bottom oven the top oven door glass mists up .
Fan works ,all seals intact .
any clues

Have you checked to make sure the oven housing is ventilated ??

I’ve come across this problem before and air needs to be able to get around the rear of the oven.
