de Dietrich fridge/freezer with icemaker

😥 I have tried on this site to obtain a service engineer to come and fix my icemaker but the telephone numbers are unobtainable. I think the problem is probably limescale buildup on the inlet filter, if there is one. I have received a reply from Whitegoods but I can’t tell them that these numbers are not in service, where do I go now?

Hi Sorry, I understand the problem with the machine although it’s more likely to be a water valve failed as, if it’s the one I’m thinking of, then there is no filter at all.

What I don’t understand is who you have tried to contact, have you tried to place a call through repairs@ or are you trying to reach De Dietrich themselves?
