Hello everyone
We have a De Dietrich frost free built in fridge purchased in 1994 the model is a RG4160F41, it has never had a problem until recently when the back of the interior has started to ice up from the top downwards. There is currently quite a thick layer of frost like ice on there, I wondered if you can give us a clue as to where it might have an issue, we have cleaned the seals and the vent hole at the back without noticing any improvement.
Any help or advice appreciated.
