De Dietrich FW4448E12

Hiyas,
Not seen many of these (lucky me 😛 ).
Got one that heats for 1/2 hour on pyro clean then 1 and a half hours to release the lock.
Customer complains that it doesn’t get clean. I reckon the cleaning process is too short.
Does anyone have any tech info on this appliance?

There’s a basic schematic, a parts list and a spec sheet… that’s it!

1998 so, in Brandt Land, that’s pretty much obsolete. :rolls:

1998 parts will probably be NLA, will be PCB control I expect.

have you checked the cooling fan motor if its old may be to heavey with grease
