Customer has this oven which shows and cooks at a default 175 degrees when the main oven is switched on. They are unable to set the time, change the temperature or anything else connected with the small selection knob. I’ve looked on Connects picture and it seems that the selector is fitted directly onto the board. Would this just mean a display board change or is it something more serious. Any help appreciated as I’ve never had the pleasure before 😥 .

Replacing both boards power and display after cleaning up the pot on th edisplay board to no avail. All knobs and timer buttons to be replaced as well. What crap build quality for an expensive bit of kit :cry:, luckily customer was with me when the knobs were falling to pieces.
