De Dietrich Induction Hob Problem

Hi,

I hope someone can help me here and the problem I have is a caoomon problem and easy to resolve.
Having moved house I have inherited a De Dietrich induction hob.
Type No: WE5859E11
Ref No: L522EDY21
Series No: 99/08/99302

We have had some new worktops fitted and so have had to move the hob while the work was done… when we reconnected the Hob only the right hand side of the hob worked. There was no power at all to the 2 left hand side heaters.

Any help would me much appeciated

Hi Steve

This would normally be a installation wiring fault,if the hob isnt wired correctly then only either 1 or 3 will work.

Thanks Brian,

The hob had been working properly prior to being moved around… I have checked the wiring and made sure the 2 live wires are connected together and the 2 neutral are connected together but the problems still exists… I am guessing there is a problem inside the hob that will need to be looked at
