Hello,
I have a De Dietrich Induction Hob Model DTI 714. The right side touch controls are no longer working, while the left hand side and lock function are still OK. I’ve tried resetting the power, as in the past this has helped with other issues, but no such luck this time.
Is there any troubleshooting that can be done by the consumer or do we have to call out a service engineer?

My advice would be to get an engineer to look at the hob but, fully expect either a PCB or a zone to be required and a hefty bill.
