    model DOD 448BG 11. we replaced a door lock on this over 6 months ago. Customer says its broken again. are they known for breaking so easily? Could it be caused by the the customer? part number 5031 6867 19882

    CONNECT HAVE BEEN GOOD ENOUGH TO REPLCE THE ASSEMBLY FREE OF CHARGE.
