    Hello

We have a De Dietrich double oven which is approx 11 years old.
We believe the element has gone in the top oven, as it works on the turbo grill setting but does not get hot on the fan oven setting.
Please can anyone tell me what the part number is for a replacement element and where I can obtain it from, together with an idea on cost.
I presume it is just a case of removing the cover housing the element from inside the oven, and then removing the whole oven from its housing to get at the element fixings behind the main unit.
The oven has a label saying number 4 3600478 5.5 KW and model FW2727U21 on the right hand inside of the oven door.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi Essex,

The part number you’re looking for is 92X6010 and it is in stock in France, I can’t give you a price right now as I’m not in the office but Dave should be able to give you both that and an ETA on Monday.

So he remembers you’d be best to mail him on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk 😉
