I need the following parts for my De Dietrich double oven Model FG6747U34 No 2 15 00150:

    03581250 (Clock)
    23972251 (Main PCB)

I believe that the second is still available but the first is discontinued. Does anyone have either part lying around please? As we are moving house I would rather not replace the oven if this can be avoided!

(I posted this request last week but now have additional information on the part numbers)

Yes Ian I checked it in Agora and it is indeed showing as “abandoned”. The problem is that spares like that are very definately a special order spare, I should doubt anyone would cary stock so, at best, it’s a long-shot that someone would have one.

Put it this way, I’ve been a Brandt/De Dietrich agent for about 12 years and I don’t recall ever ordering one. 😕

What is the actual problem with the clock? The other thing is it may be worthwhile seeing if EMW can repair the parts, as well as no-doubt a lot cheaper if they can.

Thanks for the input. I may well try EMW.

I am not sure whether there is anything wrong with the clock – the main oven and clock are not working (the clock flashes but then keeps time from the moment the power has been switched on – though I can’t set the time or the programmer) though the fan in the oven appears to be working. There is also a strange noise from behind the front panel. It has been looked at by an engineer who said instantly it was the PCB but that the parts are unavailable. They also said the recommendation is that both boards should be replaced together. Does this give you any further ideas?
