Hi, does anyone have any experience of using the “recommended” service provider for De Dietrich, RepairCare.co.uk?
By all accounts they seem to be a nightmare, especially now that De Dietrich don’t exist.
I have a DTiM1000C induction hob which has conveniently stopped working soon after the 3 year warranty has expired. It just comes up with the message “Technical Problem: Contact after sales service” and now doesn’t do anything. The message doesn’t help much either. Has anyone had this problem? I’ve tried rebooting the unit and leaving it off for 24 hours but no joy.
