HELP !
I have received (from company X) a replacement for the outer main oven door of my S.S. CX4844.
BUT I have receievd a door which spans the FULL width of the cooker ! The company X are unable to find the correct part number I need to order. I’ve tried the DeDietrich parts line but so far … no answer to my message.
CAn any one help !!!
The “wrong” part no. seems to be 79×3589 – this appears on my company X invoice but not on the door panel itself so I’m really in the dark.Help !! 😥

Sally, 79X3589 is definitely the correct part number for the left hand door outer glass panel. There may be a picking or parts information error at Brandt, you will need to contact them directly or whoever supplied the glass. Brandt phone number is 01256 308000.
