DE Dietrich VZ.9456 Water not draining

Hi is there anyone that could help?
Our dishwasher’s salt indicator came on this morning and we refilled with salt. When we turned it back on the the “Quick 50’C” light stays on no other buttons work. I had a closer look and noticed that there was still water that had not drained from the last cycle.
I can’t get the machine to work any ideas please?

It’s a Fagor-Brandt. Water leak into the tray under the machine will operate a float switch mechanism, which will lock the controls until the water is drained and the switch re-sets.

Power off, drain undertray, find leak.
