    Been to the above model today. Set any programme, the relevant lights come on depending on which cycle is set, the door locks and that’s it sits there for about five minutes then programme ‘end’ light flashes with door still locked. Turn the machine off and a few minutes later the door can be opened. No flashing light sequences apparent.
    Any idea where to start?

    had one similar the other day turned out to be short circuit on the motor tacho so board thought drum turning. just an idea!!??!!

    Have you carried out component checks ie continuity on motor, water valves, heating element, drain pump etc I always find this is a good starting point if you are not sure what is wrong. Sounds like a possible drain pump problem.

    Thanks guys, I’ll start again. Was a bit pushed for time yesterday so thought I’d check the site for a common fault if there was one.
