Hi All this is my first post so hope you can help.I have a Deawoo FRUS20DCB and 3 weeks ago the freezer dept temp started to rise. I found lots of animal hair (read your post!)at the back around the cooling fins etc so cleaned this out and all seemed OK.It is now playing up again and seems to be warmer at the top compared to the bottom. A local engineer has told me the circulation fan has failed or is intermitant and he says it is behind the icemaker. I am an electrical engineer so I can change this myself OK but can’t work out how to access it.The back cover is one large sheet of metal on self tappers but also appears to be glued in place. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Go from inside the freezer. Remove ice bin, ice maker, then you can remove the evap, cover and fan cover and bingo there it is 😀
