Dedetrich VB7641 F14 bosch semi dishwasher overfilling

Got this one from 1993 which has the aged inlet valve 091051slow to fill. However it fills to the gunnels over the heater as well after waiting 20 mins but doesnt activate aquastop. What would I need to replace for the fill level? Is it 3 fills or 1?

Heater is on floor of dishwasher wiring loom in door immaculate and funnel in top basket for upper spray arm.

Turns out a new inlet valve fixed it.
