    Just had a call about this one.

    Customer puts there food in and sets the oven going, Oven switches to the cleaning program and locks the door and burns everything to a crisp.

    Dont know much about these TBH, its mostly BEKO and the like down here!!!

    Any pointers appreciated.

    sounds like its going on to Pyro for some reason ,could be the selector knob has broken and giving a false position ?
