Hi. This oven is driving me nuts.
The original fault is the main oven would not heat using any elements and the fan wont turn. The resettable over heat thermostat had operated.
Reset the over heat stat and it worked OK until the customer used it and the over heat stat went open circuit again.
Anyone had this fault? Is the adjustable thermostat available?

there must be more numbers as looking up on connect with those numbers still gives me at least 9 cookers

It could be the overheat stat faulty. if it has dirty contacts the switch will heat internally and trip out sooner

Thanks Dave. The model is DOD438XU1. I ordered the over heat cut out (BNT76X5214) from Connect but its the wrong cut out. Its the top over 120*C cut out I need the lower main oven cut out. I think its rated at 145*C. Do you have any idea of the part number for the lower main over over heat stat?

There’s no info on those at all any more since Fagor went bust in 2013 IIRC and most all parts obsolete now as well.

76X5214 seems correct and used in it though.

Thanks for your replies. 76X5214 is rated at 120*C. Its the upper small oven cut out. The lower main oven cut out is rated at 145*C
The 120*C will be OK but if they use the pyro cleaning function it may operate the cut out.
