Hi Kev,
Your candy appliance is not a true frost free, in that it uses a cold wet wall with an evaporator behind it to cool the fridge compartment, its engineer time i am afraid as the symptoms you gave sound as if the system is short of refrigerant.

try looking in the repairs section for a local engineer.

a true frost free fridge freezer uses the air from the freezer section to cool the fridge, the candy appliance you have uses a seperate evaporator foamed into the rear of the fridge behind the back wall.
it is not accesable by you or an engineer. 🙁
please seek a engineer or use the repairs section on the left of the screen to find one close to you.
