    I have just got a Delonghi ESM465ST electric oven and was told the fan function on the oven did not work…..and it dosent!!! (conventional seems fine though)

    Just wondered if this was a common fault and if it was easily fixable.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Can you be a bit more specific with your enquiry.

    Do you mean when you select fan oven, it works but no heat or heat but no fan or completely dead.

    Its difficult to advise from a distance so as much info as possible would be helpful
