Could anyone kindly let me know the part number of the mechanism which opens and closes the air guide hatch when the microwave or convection is operated. I can only describe it as a little pink oblong thing, located by the side of the magnetron which operates the little hatch to open and close it when required and has two connectors. I think it is called a damper motor on other makes.
Otherwise, a faxed copy of the exploded parts diagram and part numbers would be great (fax: 020 8905 6448).
