hi i’m new to this site , was recommended to me, and i wonder if anyone can help. i have “inherited” a delonghi professional dual fuel 6 burner (fab) and fan oven (not so fab) – not used to cooking with elec never mind fan ovens!! anyway the said cooker did not come with instruction manual and the guy that owned it previously was so obsessive about cleaning it he has rubbed away all temp and function markings! would appreciate any advice – have already contacted delonghi but still waiting for a reply. happy new year to all

Hi Tipsy,
To stand any chance at all of getting some help, you’re going to have to find the model number. The professional range has a number of versions in it.

Check:
Around door surrounds.
In or around warming drawer if fitted.
There will be a label on the back for sure.
