Hi all,
First post and apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
Am away at families house in London atm and they are having problems with their cooker hood. The details of the hood are in the subject line and it was originally manufactured by the Bernstein Group (well, thats what the label says).
The issue is that when you press the control butons on the front panel to turn on lights and start extractor, nothing happens. Have had the control panel out and checked it out. You can hear the relay click and the corresponding LED lights, but there is no output from the relays.
I was wondering if anyone had a circuit diagram for this part or if anyone knows where to get a replacement board from or any other thoughts on fault finding / rectification.
It seems odd that all 4 relays are failing to produce an output, so ther may be a fuse on the panel that i dont know about.
