desperate w/pool d/wsher ADG7540 top b/skt sprayarm grommets

im after the part no’s for the grommets, gasket’s ? for the back of the top spray arm. the tube is still there, but the seals are not, they are missing. dont know what i’m looking for with only part no.s in front of me. the water is not being direct into the top basket spray arm, it’s getting pushed out of the side, so obviously not washing on the top basket.
can any one give me the part no.s i need to order.

Upper spray arm assy complete with pretty much everything inc the docking unit at the back is part number 481236068349 🙂

have put in the part no, given, everything the picture shows, i still have on the top basket.. is there no seals,or grommets at the back, (coupling) to stop the water leaking out sideways between the rear connecting column and rear of the spray arm??. it looks as if somthing was there, but now its missing.

It’s the whole bag of mashings, Tell – the docking bit, the tube across the basket and the rotor assembly. I’d assume it’s everything. Quote the customer £45 and stick your time on top 😀 .
