DI612C dishwasher clicking, beeping, and juddering

Machine does about half hour ok then soliniod starts clicking (door open) and machine starts and stops. Second light from left flashes continuosly. Heaters ok, pumps ok, so am I right in thinking the pcb is faulty.

sorry I’ll make that more clear. When I say solinoid I mean the soap dispenser solinoid .

assuming its a SMeg, try the dispenser solonoid itself.

Yes it is a smeg. Just to update. I took a chance and went for the PCB instead and it worked. For some reason it was sticking at the point of opening the dispenser flap and just continuosly turned the solinoid on and off.

You’ll be back inside three months……. It’s the solenoid which corrupts the computer.
