digital inverter / compressor on american fridge

hiya.
just bought a samsung american fridge and when its delivered i understand it has to sit still for 4 hours ish . does it make any difference if it has a digital inverter . altho i may not have a clue about what i speak… apologies if so ..

the settling time is to allow any oil that have been moved in transit to drain into the correct place

if you start it after a move and the oil is somewhere it should not be, it can destroy the compressor
