    Hi,

I spent all last night changing the element on the cooker (don’t laugh but I inadvertently unscrewed the oven supports so spend several hours lining it up and then threading the seal again !!!…. Never touching those two screws again ….. :rolls:

My problem is that the oven won’t heat up, I’ve changed the element but am at a loss, also the light on the font of the oven (temperature ?) doe not come on….

I don’t want to spend lots of money chasing a lost cause but would welcome any advice on what the problem may be ….

    Thanks

I’ve checked the clock everything else works fine (grill etc) just the oven won;t get hot, doea anyone know how to check the thermostat and is there a cut off … looking from the back of the oven there appears to be something going into the oven in the top left (not the bulb or thermostat wire), it was late last night so didnt try to pull it out ?

    THanks for your help
