Diplomat 620 single electric ovens

Does anyone know if the hinge assembly/mechanism(s) on the Diplomat 620 series, single ovens are common or are they specific to the model ❓

I have searched the oven, even removed it from its built in nest but I’m unable to find the model number, it’s not on the front top face of the oven where i’d expect it to be 🙁

Have some serious baking to do and wedging a small child against the door to hold it closed is becoming impractical 😆

Have found a supplier but need to make sure they are the correct ones ❗

Hi,

You will need the ADP**** or APL**** number to make sure you get the right ones, there are some in the shop but not too many I’m afraid as there are a lot of different ones.

If the rating plate is missing then you’ve got a problem I’m afraid. 😕

Thanx K, if in doubt I suppose I could always buy both, gotta be cheaper than an oven 😆

Hi, The model number for your Diplomat 620 is AHY3601. I have a 610 series and also had a problem finding the model number. Anyways, MFI gave me it the other day together with the model number for the 620 as some of the parts are the same for both models and they were out of stock of my part. I would contact MFI just to confirm, but I am pretty sure it is the above number. Hope this helps.
