    I moved into a flat 7 months ago with an integrated Diplomat 8112 Dishwasher (probably fitted 3 years ago) which has been working fine until a couple of weeks ago.

    I first noticed that the soap dispneser wasn’t opening and that the dishes weren’t clean – I am now finding that the machines never completes its cycle – i have to interrupt it by opening the door – when i do there is cold water all over the bottom of the machine.

    Is this the pump? Maybe a blockage? or the heating element? Any ideas on simple remedies prior to calling somebody out? Failing that any reccomendations of a suitable engineer in South London (SE24)

    Check the heater and thermostats. If it doesn’t heat it won’t advance and the dispenser won’t open
