Diplomat 8132 fill problem

🙄 Hi, I have a problem with our dish washer, it does not seem to be allowing water into the chamber. I have checked the supply, ok. I have checked the solenoid inlet valve. I have removed a pump/motor which has 3 large hoses attached. Power is ok but no action from pump. Does there need to be water in the chamber to activate this? There does sound like some pump is running in the centre below unit, there are vibrations. waffling now any ideas please
