After 15 minutes the machine stops with an intermittent beep.
The programme and rinse lights are continously on.
Just before this, the relay turns the pump on and off every second.
Please can you tell me what the fault is.
The machine is approx. 2 years old.
Is it worth spending money on such an unreliable dishwasher?

You are describing a fairly classic computer board failure. P/no is 4812 218 38174, around the £100 mark, plus VAT. It also has the “Big Askoll” circulation pump fitted, which will fail at some point.

Check that the base isn’t full of water. You may have a leak which is causing this.

Thanks guys. You confirmed what I thought. No leak, needs CPU 😥

😥 Ordered Control PCB from local store (Top of the Town, East Grinstead) part No. 4812 218 38381.
Put it in and started a 65deg wash.
Stopped after 13mins with 3 beeps. 65deg led only on. Hot and steamy inside with slight leak on floor.
Closed door and started running with worse leak on floor.
At 20 mins relay again struggling intermittently about every sec.
Stops at 23 mins with intermittent beep. Sray and ON leds on.
    Whats occuring??

Did you check for a leak into the base?
Where is the water leaking from?
I doubt the start light is flashing, you’re describing a leak into the base, wash pump shorting (pulsing).

Thanks DP, I’ll check it out tonight.
Does this assume that the PCB is OK?

I don’t think the original board is faulty. As I said in my first post, check for a flooded base. You’ve now confirmed that it’s leaking so my guess is that the base is flooded, the machine is fitted with an Askoll pump and the connector is in water, causing the pulsing.

Does this mean if I replace the Askoll pump with a replacement, it will cure both the leak and the problem??
If so, how difficult is it to replace?
    Thanks. :rolls:

No one has suggested this at any point.

I’ve asked this previously and had no answer to it so I’ll ask again.
Have you checked for a leak?
Find the source of the leak first. Cure the leak and the pump may well be ok.
