DIPLOMAT 8322 MODEL

Please advise re our integrated diplomat 8322 model, completes full cycle all seems ok other than dishes not being cleaned due to the water not heating at all? Children currently washing up for us which is good for them but still really miss it and house about to be sold so want a clean conscience alsw for it to be left working ok!

at a guess i would say ntc at bottom of sump behind the metal pannel at bottom held on by 4 torq srews use to be the ntc most times, the elements use to be very reliable.
if old type ntc will look abit diffrent from new one , old type has tags new one block . this is only a guess
ntc or user board ie module or element
