Diplomat 8332 Dishwasher where is the NTC situated

Can anyone help?

We have an F1 fault on our Diplomat 8332 dishwasher which seems to be an NTC fault. We live in the CH7 post code area and are struggling to get an engineer out, (without paying silly money, because of it being intergrated we have been asked can we remove it from the kitchen units).

As I am an electrical engineer I will probably have to fix it myself.
Does anyone know where the NTC is situated (I have read in this forum it is possibly in the door) also where is the closest place where I can buy an NTC ❓ Nearest to Chester or Wrexham and also has anyone got any wiring diagrams.

This is a Whirlpool manufactured dishwasher, the NTC device is underneath on these (Smeg are in the door).

Part number 481228268051 which you can get here:

I tried the dishwasher yesterday and it now appeaers to be working fine so am i right in thinking that there has possibly been a leak into the sump causing the float switch to activate and possible giving a false error code ❓

Possible but unlikely to be honest.

New NTC device I reckon if it happnes again, it’s a pretty common complaint on these 😉
