Diplomat 8352 problem

Hi

I have a fault with my Diplomat 8352 integrated dishwasher.
When I put it on a cycle it seems to act normal although it just runs on for hours and shows no sign of stopping.
It looks like it is getting stuck mid cycle and keeps repeating??
There also doesn’t seem to be much heat when I open the door.

Any ideas?
I have replaced the flow through heater but it made no difference. Also done the reset but no change.
