    Hi,
I have a problem with a leak at the back of the washing machine. We have pin pointed it to the drum and think it is comming from where the two pieces of aluminium nest together. It is definately not the pump or connecting leads as all have been tried. It only leaks when it has water in the drum and comes out at the bottom, probabl;y nearest to gravity. Could this be an internal drum problem and is it possible to get repairs or spares or would I have to buy a new washing machine. It’s only two years old and the warranty has run out, boo hoo. I would appreciate any information you could give me anyone!!
    Thanks xx

Is it also noisy on spin by any chance as it may be the bearing seal leaking ?

It’s quite unusual for the drums to leak on these models.

Please ensure power off when checking :zap:

If you’d prefer to have an engineer look at it, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

    Dave.
