Diplomat AAA 2474 cooker hood

Purchased from MFI, hood lights flashing and clicking noise from hood. Fan is working but digital display mulfunctioning.

Also need cooker manual model AAA 3490

Can any one help please

Lovely, it’s one of those ones with the LV transformer and the remote PCB. :rolls:

The control PCB, which I would suspect is at fault, is part number 80460000100 and is not currently listed as the model is too new but expect a price of about £60 plus VAT & shipping for it. There is however a control unit as well that could be faulty, but not too likely and that’s the same sort of price.

User manual you’ve almost no chance of I’m afraid since MFI went bust. 🙁

Hi, thanks for your help.

It is still under 1st year manufacturers gaurantee as MFI gone bust any ideas how to get this fixed who do I go to ? can any one help.

If you took out an extended warranty you may be able to get the insurance company to pay for the repair or replacement. Otherwise you will be very lucky to get anywhere.
