    Customer tells me the lower arm isnt turning no water in..no blockage in arm ..although top arm is ok
    no knowledge of this make…any pointers please.

    lovely bit of Chinese quality there John. Will be the diverter valve thingy that is part of the wash pump. New pump req or you may be able to remove the ball in the valve. either way, dont forget to order 3 (or 4?) hose clips for it as well.
