Diplomat ADP 8112 Filer/Suppressor/capacitor blown

There is a suppressor/filter/capacitor (i guess that what it may be called) wired in parallel to my mains supply into the machine. Been looking at this wonderful site and was wondering if this part would be suitable. From a topic in the washing machine section

forgot to add. looks like the one blown on my machine. 3 wires. Number on part just about readable is D.E.M. 70092
