    Hi
    The above machine has stopped working!!
    It’s symptoms are as follows:
    Upon start up the machine fills immediatly and does nothing else( the pump does not run which from reading the forum it would appear it should)
    It is showing the following fault sequence
    The “Normal” button (No4 ) is steady ie not flashing
    The “Intensive” button (No5) is flashing.

    I believe this machine is manufactured by a well renowned top end manufacturer. If this is the case then I would never buy one of their appliances of any sort. This is the 4th fault this appliance has had in 5 years. Absolute pants

    Random lights are usually a sign of a problem withn the computer. Yours do not indicate a fault code. You could try the reset procedure documented throughout this forum, but I doubt it will help. Random lights can also be caused by problems with the soap dispenser and associated wiring.
