diplomat adp 8132 door wont open

unable to open door, power is on to tool, can select and run programs but when finished the door just will not open….any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

yes, gave it a right good pull as your link suggested and it opened….
breaking the lock mechanism but thats ok as only £15, will need a new
fascia as this was orig prob, retainer for lock mechansim broke but again
only £25, now just to push my luck…. there are two while spring loaded
clips one at each end of fascia that hold the door in place (integrated door). they need replaced..but cant find part number on spares site
(prev part no for lock and fascia are good….) any idea where i could get that number.
