Diplomat ADP 8132 E3 error

I have above dishwaher which is 4 1/2 years old. I disconnected the earthing wire fron dishwasher attached to basin tap copper pipes to change the tap. After that when dishwater was used the mains line tripped when the dishwasher was on. Since than the dishwasher gives E3 error. I think the dishwasher thermostat might have tripped. Can someone tell me how can I reset it?
Also I may not have reconnected the earhing wire to the copper pipes properly. Can someone help?

E3 is a no heat error, this thread will help:

Hello Dave,

Thanks. I removed the bottom 2 screws in the panel and foung the small red button on the left hand side of the underside of the machine. But that button won’t click. Anything else I can try?
