Hi, the E7 is “no drain” as stated above. This is very unlikely to be a timer or pump fault though. If you select any programme, you should immediately hear the pump doing it’s flush through. If you don’t hear that sound, it will probably be something jammed in the pump. A piece of glass usually!
The pump is simple to remove, needing just 1 screw to be removed. The machine does not need to be removed.
REMOVE THE POWER PLUG BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE!!
If nothing is found, it may well be that the foreign object washed out as you removed the pump, as there is a small gush of water as it is removed.
Of course it must be said REMOVE THE PLUG FIRST to ensure that you don’t electrocute yourself!
