diplomat adp 8224 beeps 3 times but nothing

Hi

have trawled though the forums on here as there seems a lot of Diplomat problems but cant find an answer to this one if anyone can help

Diplomat ADP 8224 switch on and set program and it beeps three times 10/15 seconds and three beeps again, doesnt fill as normal, all programs tried 1 to 8, no error codes as per the handbook are showing on the display, Salt Ok, have tried switching on and off at mains, checked water supply and drain hose, both seem ok

no power = flat battery = no power, its a vicious circle

Could be anything realy. the fact you get no error code may point to a faulty pcb/timer. The first thing it should do after the beep is start pumping so it may be to do with that.
