When I tried to set the program to run the machine the red light failed to flash on and off upon selection. The machine started, pumped out, filled but wouldn’t wash – no movement only a sound of an electric motor trying to work. No error codes were visible. I have tried to reset and each time I get the far left light on continuously. Does anyone know what this means?

Which reset are you using? To cancel the programme, you should just need to hold down the programme button and wait for the beep, shut the door and wait for the drain pump to stop running.

Many thanks for your reply. I’ve tried holding down the relevant prgram buttom until it beeps and then I get the two right hand Program Lights flashing on and (4 & 5) which I can’t stop. Nothing happens when one closes the door except for a beep after about 5 seconds. I have also tried to re-set the module by the process described on the site here by turning on and pressing the program button 4 times quickly until the left and riight lights flash, then pressing the program button once and turning off and on again 10 seconds later. Then I just get the left hand light on continuously.
Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. Thanks in advance.
