    This dishwasher came with the house and has worked fine for over a year and then suddenly when you close the door for any programme it tries to start (pump kicks in etc) and then just stops and beeps twice and just repeats this ad infinitum.

    No error codes on the panel, I’ve tried the reset procedure that’s posted on here loads of times to no avail. I’ve checked pipes, spray arms etc and cleaned everything with no joy.

    Anyone know a trick or does it get skipped before Christmas?

    PCB error, I would suspect…… Fault is not “logical” and you’re not getting an error code. Dispenser unit will often blow the the PCB, so you may need both.

    Thanks penguin, not sure the pennies can stretch to that and a call out this time of year, might treat myself to new pair of marigolds for Christmas Day though 🙁
