Inherited this integrated dishwasher in recently bought house no manual. Worked well last 6 mnths now stopped working. All controls etc on inside top of door. It stops a few minutes after starting & bleeps. When door opened the green light next to the start button (L hand side) flashes but the bleeping stops, and the programme has returned to the rinse programme button (r hand side).
I can find posts which suggest counting number of flashes between bleeps to identify type of fault F1- 7, but how do I do this when bleeps stop on opening door, there is no LED window to display fault. Any suggestions, until I know problem can’t sort. I have cleaned filters etc also tried brushing the black grill inside the sump well as suggested but that hasn’t solved it.

I take it you can select a different prog before closing door? If the drain pump runs for a short while and (if you listen carefully) you can hear the water coming in, after this the wash motor should kick in. At this point you may be able to hear an almost audible humming noise of the stalled/siezed wash motor, it’s a common problem with these Diplomat (Whirlpool) machines.
