Diplomat ADP 8342 will no longer run a program

Hi there help needed.

I have a Diplomat ADP 8342 dishwasher and everytime I switch the dishwasher on then select any program, shut the door the machine bleeps 8 – 10 times and the 2nd & 3rd program lights constantly flash.

I poured some water into the machine and tried to run a program and the machine quickly drained the water from the machine so it doesn’t appear to be a drainage issue.

Can anyone help identify what the problem is?

Despite your assertion that the machine is draining the water away, the code listed is the no drain error. It may be that there is a fault with the water level control system rather than a physical blockage.

Thanks for your response. I have doubled checked drainage and the machine is definitely draining. If it is a water level control system problem then is it simple and costly to fix? or even worth fixing?

I forgot to mention earlier when I select a program it sounds like the pump is constantly attempting to pump water out even though it is empty.
