Hallo all got this d/w just pumping out in short bursts,checked light fault sequence which is just flashing continuosly with no sense to codes.any ideas richard.

Have a read of Dave (electrofix) ‘s post which is fifth one down on this page

It just might be one of those. The symptoms vary a lot.
The capacitor concerned is usually a polysomethingorotherplastic type = a grey or blue plastic rectangular job. Once you’ve identified it, you’ll probably need to desolder one end to test it with a uF meter.
