Diplomat ADP 8502 tubes pop out of filter

Went to this Whirlpool 854500115710 one complete with mouse in wiring for stuck askoll wash pump. The tubes that supply the upper arms keep popping out of the filter. Noticed that in the filter base there are two rectangles that the tangs of the tubes locate in that are cracked. Is it just replacing the part in the filter assembly or is it supply tubes as well. If so what is the part numbers for these?

had an on going problem with one of these, despite having replaced that part and the c tube and the spray arm, it still pops out when it gets hot. God knows.

Are there o rings at the end of the tubes? Have found previous repairer has wrapped ptfe tape around ends.
