Diplomat ADP3620 Oven

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this one please, the owner states that apart from the clock which does have power there is no signs of life, I have already made sure that he has set the clock but haven’t yet seen the unit in person, my current theory is that the clock relay has failed but I want to make sure that it isn’t a thermal cut out before I go, also if any one knows what timer is fitted to this then it would be much appreciated.

Hi Jem,

Ther are no cut outs between the clock and the switch so it will either be the clock on auto, the clock’s relay o/c or the oven switch.

sounds like you are confirming my suspicions, I didn’t think that there would be any cut outs between the clock and oven components – I would have thought that any cut out would kill everything, My guess would be the clocks relay as from talking to him on the phone he is well used to setting the clock as he turns the power off when he isn’t around and I would have thought that at least one of the other bits would have worked if it was the switch thought the diagram may prove me wrong, do you know what clock is used in this oven or a part number for it?

It will be on automatic, never trust what a customer says over the phone :rotfl:
If not I have saw the switch contacts go before on these it is usually the contact at the back of the switch which is the live feed from the clock.
